Sensibo warrants to the customer that for 12 months after the delivery of the product to the customer, the company shall provide, free of charge, a replacement for any part that is faulty or has failed.
Sensibo is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you.
1. Cancellation, within first 30 days after shipping: refund on Sensibo cost only.
2. Shipping fees and shipping sales tax for returning a system are the responsibility of the customer.
No refunds will be issued after more than 30 days from delivery.
For full refunds, all returns must be within 30 days from shipping. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in new or unused condition and in the original packaging.
Email us at Support@Sensibo.com with your full name and tracking number, if possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
